  1. Client Engagement

Services begin upon acceptance of a proposal or package and receipt of any required initial payment. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are outlined in your individual engagement or package agreement.

  1. Payment

Packages include a market entry investment and, where applicable, a recurring monthly growth investment. Payment terms are outlined at the time of engagement. Recurring monthly fees continue until the engagement is canceled in accordance with the agreed terms. No refunds are provided for services already rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with our website
  • Provide false or misleading information about your business
  1. Data Accuracy

Precision Path relies on data from Google and other third-party sources when delivering services. We do not guarantee specific rankings, results, or outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control, including changes made by Google and competitive market conditions.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision Path is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

  1. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement in accordance with the terms outlined in the applicable service agreement.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
